Shipping and returns


Shipments in Italy are delivered in 24-to 48-hours by DHL EXPRESS.

Shipping in Italy is free on orders over 149,00 € 

Shipping cost for orders less than 149,00 € is 5,90€.

Shipments are handled by DHL EXPRESS all over the world, and the addressee has the possibility to supervise the shipping’s development with DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY service.

Shipping costs for deliveries abroad vary depending on the country of destination:

The shipment is accompanied by a tax invoice. Customs charges are at the expense of the customer. In case the customer decides not to receive the package, therefore not to pay the required customs charges, the total customs charges paid to return the shipment will be withheld on the refund of the order.

To change the shipping address of the order, the Customer can contact BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS within 2 hours from the order by e-mail at [email protected] or at 0828 300168.

Orders are shipped by BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS, from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.30. Orders placed on Sunday will be handled starting from the following Monday afternoon.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS and commit to accept in the delivery of their package. If the customer claims the return to the sender, all shipping costs, charged to BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS, will be detracted from the refund due to the Customer.

Shipments of BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at the destination, the insurance loses its validity.


Do the ordered products not satisfy your requests? Don't worry, there is no problem: you can request the return of your order.


You can make the return after ensuring that the warranty seal is not rigged or detached from the product.

You can choose to return the product, with the warranty seal intact, in two different ways:

1- Send the item using the waybill, placed in the package, that has to be attached to it with the wording RET. The product will be evaluated by our staff and, if intact, we will refund the amount paid by subtracting the cost of the return shipment of € 15.00.

By choosing this option you can request us to collect the shipment that will take place at the delivery destination of the first shipment. 

2- Ship the garment by your trusted courier. After the return of the product, it will be evaluated by our staff and, if it’s intact, we will proceed with the full refund of the product. If you choose this option, you can send the shipment to the following address:

European Community

Fill out the return form and send an e-mail of communication of product returns. For the return shipment you can rely on your trusted courier (the return shipping costs will NOT be charged to BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS).

Outside the European community

Request the return invoice by e-mail ([email protected]) , so that you could send the shipment with your trusted courier; the return shipping costs and the return customs charges will NOT be charged to BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS. The anticipated customs charges, to receive the return shipment, will be withheld from the refund of the order.

Conditions and maximum time available for the return

All shipped products are equipped with a security seal that communicates to the customer:


If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, all the items not worn, washed or tampered with can be returned for the refund within 14 days of the arrival of the wares. All shipped items are fitted with an identification tag attached with a white, single-use, numbered security seal with our logo.

We request you to take special care in trying on the purchased items, because we will not accept garments that present our disposable security seal tampered, or garments with the original labels missing, damaged or bent. Returned garments must be odourless.

The shipping costs for the return of the garments are charged to the Customer.

Evaluate your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return the products.

Boutique Jole SAS commits to refund the entire amount of the order (except for shipping costs for the return paid in advance to the courier from BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS). The costumer can communicate his reconsideration (whatever the reason) by an email to the following email address: [email protected] . The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Boutique Jole storehouses and after the items will be verified.

The refund will be made to the same account/payment method used for payment (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), with the technical times required so that it occurs. The refund will not include the delivery costs originally provided by the order subject of the return, except for any additional shipping costs.

The customer will be considered responsible of the decrease of goods’ value consequent to their handling different from the one necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; in this case Boutique Jole reserves the right to establish the returned goods’ value, the one which has been deemed the more appropriate.

Don't you like the item or is the ordered size not the right one?

It is not possible to change the items but you can return them and, if you want, you can order them again!


The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, without any signs. Each garment must be returned with all the original labels and tags attached, including all the packages and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is totally considered an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
