What information is collected?

Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s saves only and exclusively the data supplied by the user, those indispensable for the registration of the account. The data is entered by the users themselves both for the registration on the site and for receiving the newsletter.

Data related to payments (credit card a/o online accounts) are processed exclusively by banking institutions on their secure servers. Jole Boutique by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s does not record any data relating to the above.

Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C sas collects data to allow the access and the purchase of products sold on e-commerce in order to streamline processes, to have access to order history and manage addresses of shipping. Such data can be deleted/modified at any time by the user in the management of his account.

Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s uses the data provided by the user and the related cookies (cookies regulation) for the following purposes:

- Marketing and re-marketing through Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and Google Shopping;

- Advertising newsletters regarding the contents of the site;

Is this data transferred or disclosed to third parties?

Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s guarantees that it will not transfer data to any other third party. In case of payment via Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal so as to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.

All data saved on servers meet the highest security standards. Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s is constantly committed to protecting and keeping data secure, not allowing them to be accessed by unauthorized or external persons.

Duration of data processing

The data provided by the user will remain in the database of the website of Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s until the account is deleted by the user or site administrators.

How can I delete my data from the website?

Boutique Jole by Schiavo Bonaventura & C s.a.s guarantees the "right to be forgotten" provided by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The user can decide to delete his account a/o the subscription to the newsletter at any time by logging into his account. The historical data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with his profile. Only traces of any orders placed on the website will remain, as they are indispensable for the regulation of electronic commerce.


BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS, having its registered office in Via Paolo Baratta 94 (Battipaglia - SA), designer and promoter of the activities available on the site, reserves the right to use personal data, provided voluntarily by Users, in compliance with current regulations (art. 13 and subsequent Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Users are therefore invited to periodically visit this section to keep abreast of variations related to changes in current legislation.

BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for use strictly connected to the provision of its services, facilitation of site management and order fulfillment. In no case the data voluntarily provided by the Users will be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

In case of payment by credit card, the basic information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the authority responsible for the processing or possibly to companies responsible for the control fraud, through encrypted protocol, without third parties being able, in any way, to have access to it. This information will never be seen or stored by the Seller (BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS).

BOUTIQUE JOLE SAS adopts adequate security measures in order to minimize the risk of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the collection purposes indicated in our Privacy Policy. The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except for those cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which it was collected.
